If the inside door panels are still in the car you should find T badges if their intact. If these are T cars they will have rear staggered shocks. All production T's are vin code Q (428CJ Non-Ram Air) and this starts with 9A46Q and then a serial number that follows. The vin is on the dash and the top of both inner fender aprons. The production T's were all 428CJ C6 bench seat cars.

The T original 15" front fender extensions were hand made and the front brackets & braces are unique to the T front end. There are a lot of '69 Torino T clones out there so be aware and know how to determine if it's a "real" T.

That car in the second pic is a '68 Fairlane/Torino which do not have marker lights on the quarter panel extensions. A '69 has rear marker lights on the quarter panels just forward of the rear bumper.

IF those are real Talladegas, the front ends will be both rare and expensive. There were only about 750 produced at the beginning of 1969 (jan and feb). There is a Talladega registry with all the VINs for the talladegas. Before you spend any serious money on a Talladega, make sure it is a Talladega, Frequently, people refer to all the sportsroof fastback Torinos as Talladegas but that is incorrect. The front end is unique to the 750 or so Talladegas, and the body has reshaped rockers with the pinchwelds folded over.
The pictures don't show enough to tell if they are really Talladegas, although you can see 1968 taillights on the second car.
A lot of the details that should be on a real Talladega aren't on the two cars in your pictures. Tail panel should be semi-gloss/satin black, pinstripes should be black, there should be an emblem with a big T on the doors by the door handles, and a fake gas cap with a T on it in the rear (black) panel under the trunk lock. Most of these details COULD have gone away with a repaint, but the odds of this guy having two out of 750 or so cars with all the identifying details missing and refinished like regular torinos...
Just be careful and do your due diligence.

Did you notice the Aspen/Volarie T-top car in the background? Looks like he has a ton of rare older stuff. What a gold mine.
Joe I wanted too add that you won't find the original T front end body parts unless you find an entire car somewhere. As I'm sure you know there's guys fabricating front ends for a '70 King Cobra clone build and I've also seen '69 Torino Cobra's that were trying to be passed off as Talladega's.
