I am pulling a 351M/400 out of my 1976 Gran Torino and putting in a 351W. Does anyone know if I can use the same fan and shroud? Or do I need to replace one or both? Thanks!

The shrouds were the same, only the big block cars used a different shroud. The fan should swap, too but just double check the spacing for the fan in the shroud. There are lots of aftermarket options for fans that will fit fine.

same shroud.
I swapped out an entire engine, picked a 351W fan spacer from a local junkyard and the fan was right where it needed to be |
