I have a 73 Gran Sport that was converted from column shift automatic to 4 speed with the factory Hurst Competition plus shifter. I have not had backup lights since buying the car. Got underneath and there was no backup light switch. Ordered switch and the harness. Where would the harness run to? I have seen post saying original 4 speed cars had a connection on the fire wall under the wiper motor. My car being originally an automatic, I am wondering what I have to do to get the backup lights working. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
