i need help please i just picked up for free 1 gallon of epoxy primer and the catalsat it says 1-1 mix
my question i need the mixing formual . want to mix 1qt at a time how much of each part do i need to mix to make a qt thanks dave

that means 1 part primer to 1 part catalyst : so if you want 1 qt of ready to spray material you mix 1/2 qt primer and 1/2 qt catalyst = 1 mixed qt ready to spray. (1/2 qt is 1pint)

If you want to do smaller batches, go to a paint job shop and pick up the measuring cups. They are calibrated to allow you to choose your ratio and pour your epoxy to line x then add cat to line Y and you have the right amount.
