Hey everyone, I bought a 73 montego in '13 and inherited my mom's 73 montego in '20. Now I own two bone stock completely as original as possible.. I keep them both running and driving well, but they're scary looking with body rust, disentigrated vinyl top, dents and scratches and primer colored sections.. I kinda like it like that.
I've gotten information from this site often enough over the years that i think it's about time i join! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |

Welcome to the forum. I always like the Montego, it was so rare to see one though.

Welcome to the forum! I have upgraded you to a new member and you have full forum privileges. Very cool that you have two Montegos. They are rare cars. What engines do each have?

Welcome to the forum. One of the things about GTS org is we have 25+ years of searchable posts.
Unlike the Facebook groups, stuff here is pretty easy to locate! As far as the Montegos go...don't always need to worry about perfect, just worry about making them drive, stop and start well
and have fun with them! |
