    Posted: 01-August-2023 at 10:26AM
Hello All!
I Am looking for the "Vented" front bumper from A Montego MX, or Brougham, or even the wagon. Chrome condition is not important, neither is any condition, as long as the oblong hole section (Center) is straight. it can even be wrecked on one or both ends!
My Plan is to graft this section into another bumper. i currently do not have the equipment need to put the nice finished roll into the edges.
Got an ugly one laying around? Contact me and we'll figure something out!

Thanks!
Paul

Dang.  That sucks!  So sorry to hear this.

I'm so tired of these worthless scammers.  Facebook car groups are full of them.

The 74-76 Cougar shares the same front bumper as the 73-76 Montego.  Perhaps that's another option?

You need the chrome trim or the bumper or both? I have a spare chrome trim.

Very good Paul, I hope you have success with modifying the bumper into what you want.

I want to debur mine and strengthen the front one some before re-chroming. I hope to find someplace not across country to finish it right.

Don,

Not quite across the country, but still a bit of a drive for you, but I used Advanced Custom Chrome for my bumperettes (Erie, PA).  He has quite a backlog, but does a nice job.
