I heard the 6C medium yellow gold GTSs are rare. If you have one post a picture!

You probably have one of the only ones of our core group of active posters that has a Yellow 72  The only other ones I can think of is Hogfiddle's project 1972 car:

And Andy's 72, which doesn't have a stock paint job anymore:

I also remember this car from an old member "Classicfitness" who no longer is active.  He had an unrestored 1972 Q-code, but his car might have been gold glow.  It's hard to tell from the pics

There was also this one, which was an survivor H-code with a laser stripe called "Grandpa".  I think it was sold and not sure where it ended up.  I think it's gold glow though:

so this 6C paint code is like a Canary Yellow?

there's a Vette color like that, and Cub Cadet Yellow IIRC

i started laying color on mine in Equipment Yellow, does that ... count?

Here is another Yellow Torino that Neal posted in his project thread. It's from somewhere in the interwebs.

Oh yeah, lots of bright yellow and gold glow rides! Always really liked the bright yellow. Didn't see any medium yellow gold GTSs thoughWink. I am going to order a Marti on this one.
Thanks for the jumpstart, Vic. I beginning to think I am the odd man out with my MYGLOL
I only saw one on the Internet, a really nice MYG Q code with white interior, stunning combo!

Is this the color you're looking for?

It sold on Bring a Trailer a couple of years ago.

There's also the station wagon that famously sold for $47,500:

1972 Gran Torino station wagon, light blue, 351C 2V, prior owner upgraded to 4V (2V heads), originally had a C4 but prior owner changed to C6 for some reason.

FYI, there's a 72 Gran Torino wagon having parts listed on eBay right now, I saw it yesterday while browsing. The one picture made it look mostly intact, it could have some nice trim left to buy. It had the wide body side moldings, and the narrow side molding too.

Very cool, I will check those out. Although I am pretty lucky, mine only needs a few minor things.

Just got the Marti for the GTS. Nothing surprising. Bet kinda cool it has never been out of peirce county. Spent all of its life in the garage except recently when it was kicked outside to make room for a mustang.

Thanks for sharing!  Pretty low option car, but is' also early production prior to the March '72 changes.  No wonder there aren't any other 6C Torinos on this forum, with just over 2200 made with that paint code.

Are you able to send me the PDF version of the Marti?  I'd like to add it to our Marti Report thread.

Yea, not many options. I wish Kevin would've broken down coupes, wagons and sport roofs for the color. I have not seen but just a few on this color.
Jeff, do you have any sports roofs in your file with this color? Shoot me your email, I will send the report to you.

Vince, mine is medium bright yellow, which 6E Medium Bright Yellow is a lighter shade over 6C

My paint was 1 of 5-6 variants on the factory color. I went slightly lighter color of the 5-6 spray outs we did when getting ready to spray the GTS.

Here was the GTS back in June 2001:
