Radio power wire has no power

   Hello. I got my dashboard back in my car recently and I tried to install my radio that I had converted. When I turn the ignition switch on I have no power going to the radio. I know the radio works as I got sound when I bench tested it. I took a test light and check the wire by the radio and I have nothing. The fuse for the radio is intact and power is going through both sides of the fuse. I inspected the harness before I put it back on the dashboard and found no broken wires. I’m wondering what I’m missing or if something is not connected where it should be? Any help is appreciated
