I just picked up a very nice 67 LTD two door with a 390 / c6 combo and only 60k miles. I am wondering would a fairlane headliner work or where to go for parts and seat upholstery. And does anybody know the original stock tire size for the 15" wheels.

No, the Fairlane headliner will be too small for the larger LTD Roof, because the LTD Roof is larger than the fairlane roof.

Agree with Dave on the headliner, would be too small. Headliners are made larger than required so that you can trim for an exact fit. A Fairlane headliner would POSSIBLY cover the area, but there would not be anything to trim for fitment and your welts may not have enough metarial to grab onto to.

1967 (Custom, Galaxie 500, LTD) used a standard 7.75-15 bias ply tire for the 289, but the 390 Thunderbird engine and the 428 got the upgraded 8.15-15 tire. All came on the 5 1/2 x 15 rim though.

Sounds like a nice car there.

I have found the headliner for sale. You did not mention if it is a formal roof or fastback roof. If you decide to order from this seller, please remember to choose the formal roof headliner or the fastback roof headliner, because they are different.

Also please remember to choose the correct color that you want if you decide to order it..

The part number for the formal roof headliner is C7AZ-5450202.

The part number for the fastback headliner is C7AZ-6350202.

Here are the available colors.
To see these headliners for sale Click Here.

They have many other parts for sale also.
