Not sure the manufacturer but there are several companies making those modified GM HEI to fit other vehicles good distributor but as far as actual manufacturer there are several companies out there making them and selling them

You can pick them up new in the $50-60 range at some of the swap meets around here. Summit and/or Jegs frequently has them fairly cheap.

that may be a Procomp or Speedmaster (same) with the unusual slot in the bottom of the shaft for a 2 piece deal that holds the dizzy gear, I haven't seen one of those in a while
gotta wonder how that works out because the shaft is split, there's no stability from the top to hold the bottom, it relies completely on the pilot bore & the bottom stub of the 2nd shaft. the design does eliminate the precise measured location for the pin that holds the dizzy gear, the slot in the shaft allows quite a bit of slip up & down

this slip fit design converts from the stock Ford design to the small mopar design style, I'm not sure how the big mop's are done. the bottom stub is doing all the work, running the oil pump off the cam gear, while the dizzy is just along for the ride

Even thru the 2.2, 2.5 K-car engines, Chrysler was doing that. Stubshaft can be a real P.I.T.A. to get out.
