it's a bolt on electric motor to convert your fossil fueler into a hybrid

I just read up on it. Interesting concept.

I noticed at least by this example it may only be a set up for injected engines.

Maybe the amount is inconsequential but is it acceptable to hit the nose of the crank with 150 ft lbs of torque it was never designed to accept in that area?

good point, Ford cranks are pretty tough but some others ... ?
 
like a blower being driven off the snout, the belt can't be too tight or it can & will break just about any crank. a bud had a private owned military Humvee with the correct diesel power plant, he had the accessory drive belts too tight & broke the crank
