Hi all, just another new member here, I purchased a 1971 Torino GT recently at auction, and hope to reverse some of the process of this car "Retuning to the Earth" thatbseems to have started over the last 20 + years sitting outside waiting for some attention. Thankfully here in Idaho we are pretty dry, and I think the rust isn't too extensive. Hoping with time it will get there and back on the road.
Looking forward to the process, and if there are some good resources for body panels, floors etc would love t be pointed in the right direction.

Welcome to the forum! Sounds like you have a solid project car if the rust isn't too bad. What engine does it have? I have upgraded you to a full member. You can upload photos nows, so post some pics when you have a chance.
Macs has a pretty good selection of sheet metal for these cars. |
