Would like to find a picture of the interior windshield molding mounting spots without the headliner in. I have about 1300 pictures of my car during the dismantling phase but for some reason not one of the upper interior windshield area. thanks in advance - Dave

That does help, John, I just got done installing the headliner and I'm trying my best to locate the screw holes for the molding without putting too many holes in in the headliner. If I can just line up one hole I should be all set.

Can you hold the moulding in place and use it as a template?
Sorry if this is a dumb question. 😊

Not a dumb question, I was planning on holding it up the closest I could to where I believe it has to be but couldn't remember exactly the design of where the screw holes are. Johns photo helps me remember the design.

put the A pillar pieces on first then look for a discolored mark where the metal curved piece goes, hold it up there and use a small awl to poke through and slowly feel around for the screw hole, carefully pull it out and put the screw up there ... feeling for the hole
