   hi, im  looking at getting a rare ford torino gt  1969 convertible which has been unused for 21 years the only problem is no reg number i have the vin number i want to know if i  can do any checks on the car with the vin number and where to go? also be good to find as much info as possible on the car so i can then re register it .
