I guess I dont have to worry about Gforce then...I'm not doing a tubbed drag car with twin turbo big block.   Good to have options...

Do you really need 6speed for a drag car?

I'm under 600ft/lbs easy.   I'm targeting natural aspirated 400-500hp range.

I would opt for a 5 speed with a .6 or .7 final gear and 4.11 or 3.89 rear probably. That way you'll get brutal acceleration with a high top end too


I'm not running either....not when you can get a 285 under the car with ease!


The main thing is clutch less shifting
