Well, I waited as long as I could. I purchased the right quarter panel from a fastback and cut it in half. $800 was a lot to put out when I only paid about $450 for the other side. But the good news is that it did fit.I think the convertible is slightly different than the 2-door or the fastback. The area between the bottom of the door and the rear wheel well did not fit well. I ended up welding in a 3/4 angle to fill the gap and welding the quarter panel to the angle. The 2-door quarter and the fastback quarter had the same issue. I have them welded in now and after some body work it will look good!
