I am new to forums but have been told they can be extremely helpful. I just bought a 75 Ford Ranchero and am working on it to bring it back to life. I was researching for hours trying to find a Repair Manual for the car but wasn't finding any luck specific to a Ranchero. Any suggestions on what to buy?
I am also looking for places to get random interior parts. I need a passenger door arm rest, the lower part of the dash gauge panel, and random little parts that I am struggling to find. I thought finding a wrecking yard with a Ranchero would be my best bet, but they are rare to find where you can pick it apart and not buy the whole vehicle.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Luckily, a lot of the parts you mentioned are common between the Ranchero and the coupes. The repair manuals would be the same too. From the doors forward, it's exactly the same as any Gran Torino. In the rear, a Ranchero and Gran Torino station wagon are pretty much the same, with the exception of where the gas tank is placed, the tailgate, and obviously the roof. Rear suspension would be the same (just heavier duty springs). Doors on the Ranchero are the same as the coupes, just the glass is different, so the arm rests would be the same.

You'd probably have the same problem with finding a Gran Torino in a junkyard these days as with a Ranchero, but it at least opens your options on eBay.
1972 Gran Torino station wagon, light blue, 351C 2V, prior owner upgraded to 4V (2V heads), originally had a C4 but prior owner changed to C6 for some reason.
