Markings under hood

   I found markings on the underside of my hood and was wondering if anyone might know their meaning. They may or may not be original to the car. I attempted to upload a pic but it failed. I will attempt to upload later when I have more patience. The reason I believe they may be original  is that one  is 3V which would be the color code of Bright Blue Glow. The second is 1124. Any guesses what that would be?
