I thought i would share some pics of my new mercury muscle. I picked this fine ride from a forum member. I added my Magnum 500 wheels, added dual exhaust with turbos, new shocks on all corners, some suspension bushings and have made her my daily driver.

What a neat looking car, I  wrecked one of these for parts back in 1994, I am so glad that there are people that collect these icons of Detroit iron.

That's awesome, it's so cool to see non-XR7 coupes! With minimal trim and no vinyl roof, it definitely becomes more of a muscle car in appearance!

And are those authentic '77-'79 era Magnum 500s (repro or original)? The look of your wheels/tires is what I keep coming back to when I think of what I would like to put on my car someday :).

Sorry fellas, hadn't seen these posts so hadn't replied. I forget the specs but they are reproductions. I hate to admit it but i sold her. Ran into a guy who just HAD-TO-HAVE her and made me a deal that i couldn't pass up.

I can't blame the guy for that, I'd get giddy seeing that machine, too! Definitely one-of-a-kind in this day and age.
