Hey Everyone, my name is Shaun, i'm from Grayson Sask.
Just started down the crazy road of restoring my 70 Torino Gt, that' i've had 31 yrs. I'm looking for parts, tech and tips, and it's great to find some fellow ford nuts.
Will post some pics if i can figure out how.

I'm looking for a front center grill, and even a headlight surround.
Wish list, cobra jet shaker, and hood, rpm dash gauge, sunbeam steering wheel.

Currently fighting to aluminum weld the cracks in my headlight surround, and getting ready to put together the 408 stroker.

Cheers
Shaun

Welcome Shaun! Glad to see another '70 here Wink After Vince upgrades your account, you'll be able to post pictures. We always recommend starting a project thread so we can all follow progress!

Specifically for the 70/71 Torinos, Troy Leming has quite a few parts. You can reach him by text or calling, his number can be found on his sticky in the 70-71 forum http://forum.grantorinosport.org/forum_posts.asp?TID=18735&title=7071-torino-parts-for-sale-or-trade-6065410193

Hey Shaun, welcome to the forum!  I have upgraded you to a full forum member, so you can upload pics.  See the how to thread here:

We'd love to see some pics of your 70 Torino.  We'd also love to hear about the '72 Torino and your '66 Parklane.  And like Dan says, a project thread is a great idea.  Check out Dan's 1970 Project thread.  It's one of the best ones we have going on the forum right now.

welcome! FYI the aluminum you're trying to weld may be potmetal which is zinc not aluminum and probably can't be welded???
