As we are delving into the teardown and re-build, I am looking through these previous threads. Where would I "post new" for questions relating to a topic discussed in the past?

John pretty much summed it up.  Post in the appropriate forum section and ask anything you want.  No problem if you post in the wrong section (moderators can move easily) or if you ask a question that's been asked before.  Unlike other forums where people get upset over things like that, we are easy going and will help you out regardless.

We do have tons of stickys posts (INFO posts)

Absolutely! One thing you can do, is if you have a youbube channel of your own, you can load videos there, and share the link. I am a bit old fashioned...I still host my stuff on Photobucket after all these years because I like the interface. Plus I retain control of my images. Posting on here also works, but tbh I have not loaded videos here, even after 25? years of this place.

Okay, thanks. Nothing wrong with being old fashioned! I'd rather talk (on our land line), than txt or email.

Your best option is to upload photos to the forum.  You have full control in your file manager. For videos, it's best to post them to youtube than share them here via the youtube function.  There is  film strip option that you click and it allows you to post a video from you tube.  It works quite well once you figure it out.
