Motor mounts, Oil pan, Engine Control, cooling, Exhaust, Transmission clearance and mounting, driveshaft, and fuel system will all need some creativity. Each of those issues will break down further into sub-issues. Work the little items one by one until you're done.
Whatever you think it will cost, double it.
All that aside, sounds like a fun project!
Do It!!!
Post Pictures!!!

If you are doing this to a Unibody Torino, Shock towers are gonna need to be addressed as well.

it sounds like a fun build but might be out of my budget. My transmission is going and I need to upgrade it. Also my engine burns oil so I'm going to upgrade that as well. If I decide to go a different way with the build it would be a 408 stroker with a new transmission any suggestions on something that could upgrade the transmission with that would slip right in place of the t5

looked into this swap for mine and decided to go with a crate Ford Racing engine with EFI due to it being bolt in...there's major structural modifications needed incl the chassis crossmember (if 72+) and shock towers (if unibody)...firewall also has to be bumped back around 6inches i think from memory so that causes new problems with A/C etc behind the dash...drive tunnel has to be widened...and then all the other issues mentioned by Big Bird...

A stroked 302 with EFI and a TKO would be easier and give you the same as a coyote swap...TKO600/TKX will swap in no worries and is miles stronger...still looks original which is a bonus unless you're going for the SEMA look...
