not sure... but i think the 4dr seat is the same as the 2dr, so wagon may be???

Rear seat lower cushion is the same. I redid one for my '72 GTS and it came from a 1977 Ford LTD2 4 door/Mercury 4 door. Worst case, new springs are available, but you need to go through an upholstery supply company. Restaurant booth seats use the same. I ended up adapting a late model Crown Vic / Grand Marquis rear seat into my GTS.
