Hey gang! I have gone back and forth for a while now on if I wanted to frame swap with my donor car since it's immaculate. Mine isn't bad other than a front bumper mount bent but the other looks nicer. While not necessary (unless it being a power brake car versus mine not) what is the easiest way for me with a 2 car garage? Or is it better to attempt to find a place that may have better equipment to do so. Searched as usual, looked at youtubes etc and it looks like out of my skill set or I'm over thinking it (I am notorious at that) Thanks as always!

a few guys have lifted the body with 2 cherry pickers... ive done a couple with my HF overhead winch... but if its just the front frame horn id cut and graft a straight section on...

Ditto, the frames are very stout and if it's just the front snout the bumper bolts to, that's not hard to fix. The only tricky thing is making sure that mounting surface is very close to the original. The bumper adjustment is all in the shims there, and movement possible up/down/left/right due to the hole slots.

Thanks for the replies. Like I said, I tend to overthink. If I can ever find another front end, may even try and save the donor one day.  Rotted roof due to the vinyl top but otherwise a running 35k original mile formal roof. The sportsroof is the one I'm bringing back to life.

I would not recommend what I did what so ever. Death wish. Ah. To be young and really dumb...

What's funny is on the Assembly Line pictures I have the cradle for our cars grabbed the roof rail, and the rear quarter panel wheel lip.
