Scored this off Marketplace by asking a guy listing other things but mentioned he had parts... $50!
1-1/8" competition off a 72.
Sand blasting the best way to clean them up? And then chassis black paint or should it be powder coated preferably?

I'm in the midst of a front end rebuild and just cleaned & painted mine.  I used a wire wheel on a drill to clean off the rust, then a couple coats of filler primer and finally satin black engine paint.  It's not 'concourse' but looks good enough for my driver '69.  I used a 'cast aluminum' paint for the clamps.

I agree that Blast and paint is fine. Powdercoat might be a bit more durable, but it would also be more money.
