Seatbelt brackets

Morning ladies and gentlemen, reinstalling my newly reupholstered bench seats in my
76 gran Torino and noticed I forgot to bring the hooks that retain the seatbelt when you fold the seat forward to have them installed. I recall before I took the seats out that when I was driving the belt was basically across my neck. Very uncomfortable and unsafe. It may be different with a freshened up seat. But has anyone fabricated their own belt holders ? Or does anyone have any photos of where the belt holders should mount. And again I know I've been lazy and haven't posted any
