Hello, I am aware the spndles are differernt after 1973 because of the bearing size. But my question is

"Are the disc brake backing plates the same for the 3 bolt mounting flange regardless of the year?"

I need to get replacements and I want to get the correct ones.

Thank you

Not sure, but I believe the spindle duct pieces are the same for a lot of the 72-79 spindles.

So I pulled the ones off my 73 and bought some from a 75 ranchero. the only differnce is the 73 GTS version has an extra cut-out for air cooling.

thank you all for the input!Clap
