E4TE 9425 BB Mine came off a 85 F150 4x4.  351W, 4bbl, cast iron with 4 hole style carb pad.
Should bolt right on Smile

If it is a 351 carb intake it will bolt on and work.

Add said mid 80 ford truck. Cast iron

If you find a HO 351 in a truck around that era it should have a 4bbl.
