I think for the aggravation I'd put the plugs back, and forget they are there.

Has anyone had positive or negative experice plugging the floor pan drain holes? The only value I am hearing for the holes is in case of flooding you can drain the floor pan. Since I have not flooded a car in..ever...then they can be closed up in my mind. Any thoughts on if this should be done and if so how would be appreciated.
