Guys, looking for the whitest/purest white to use on my S&H stripe.... is white toner "pure"?
Suggestions appreciated!!

Does it have to be the original white, or a different but beautiful color? I like the OEM Pearl White colors, I'm sure there are several of them. Those all tend to be slightly off white, the pearl adds a little of the silver hue. Those hide dirtiness better than pure white does.

Polar White has a slight blueish tint and Wimbledon White has a cream/tanish tint. Looking for an absolutely pure white for use for the stripe... no pearls or metal flake.

Very good, then try the Ford police CV white. I've owned four of those from 1985 to 1997, they seem to be pure white among all police models.

The whitest white would be either the white base coat or single stage that SPI (Southern Polyurethanes) has. Their basecoats are exceptionally good, and cover VERY well. Two coats of the white base will cover your red. Then I do a third coat to be safe. Their products are truly world class and priced well.
