Selling my NOS driver's door skin and also have NOS left (driver's door skin) welded on a door that was patched back together.
NOS LH Skin UPDATE: SOLD and heading to Denmark!
NOS LF skin welded to door shell, still for sale as of 6-26-2025. Sold the RH Passenger skin I got yesterday so I have decided to sell the LH skin I have been holding on to for about a year. Asking $500 for the door skin. If you live within a 2-3 hour drive of me, I will be willing to drive and meet part way if you live close to NE Kansas. I am 2 hours south of Omaha, Nebraska, or 1.5 hours NW of Kansas City, MO. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Edited by Eliteman76 - 26-June-2025 at 3:01PM |

Evening JT, yes this skin is for a 2 door, 72-76 door shell. Will work for Torino or Ranchero doors. If you have a sports roof, this will be the door skin you need.
Any questions, please feel free to ask away. Overall on the door skin, you have a couple options, You can section what you need, or do the entire door skin. Keep in mind, when you see rust, if it's a dine size bubble, odds are there is a dollar coin size rust on the backside of the skin. If you skin the door, it's honestly not that hard, but the door needs to be off the car for full access. Replacing the skin overall, I've found fastest to take a 36 grit flap wheel on a 4.5" grinder, grind off the skin edge, and then you use a grinding wheel, or a small dynamite /milwaukee belt sander that uses a narrow 3/8" or 1/2" wide 24-36 grit belt and grind the welds down. Amazon sells a Lisle brand panel chisel for breaking spot welds after grinding the spot welds for the old door skin spot welds. Main thing is take your time, position the new skin on the shell and hammer and dolly the lips over, and spot weld every couple inches on the edge like the factory. |

Door skin is pending sale as of today. Heading to Denmark.
JT, if you need a skin to use for patch panels, I have another door skin that is welded to a door shell I can cut off and section down for easier shipping.

![]() This NOS skin was installed on a rough door shell that was fixed on the bottom. I am planning on sectioning the skin off this door, if someone needs a patch section. I may end up keeping the rear corner section but you could use the front and center sections of the skin to patch what you need. |
